How I maintain posting consistency for myself & my clients
I've had a lot of business owners and models tell me lately that they struggle with consistent posting... so I thought I'd share some tips & tricks I use to maintain consistency for myself and my clients!
Plan, create, & schedule content ahead of time
This is, in my opinion, THE most effective way to stay consistent with posting. If you plan, create, and schedule content up front, you won't have to worry about missing a posting day.
Not to mention, you'll only have to deal with content creation/planning at the intervals you choose. For example, at the end of each month, I plan, create, and schedule content for the entire next month. Then, I don't worry about planning or creation for almost a month since everything's already taken care of! This frees up a LOT of time.
NOTE: To schedule for auto-posting, make sure your Instagram is a Business account and is linked to your Facebook Business Page.
Use a content planner to stay organized
On the note of planning, using a content planner is essential for any business with social accounts. It allows you to be more strategic with your posting and stay wonderfully organized.

Set reminders to post content you can't schedule
After I plan my content for the next month, I create Asana tasks for each piece of content and make them due on the day I plan to post. You can also add tasks to your Google Calendar, set reminders on your phone, or write in your planner — whatever works best for you.
I set reminders for:
Reels
TikToks
Going live
Sharing posts to Instagram Stories
Instagram Stories where I'm talking/showing my face
Abide by the 60-second rule
"If it takes less than 60 seconds, do it now."
If you think of something you'd like to post and it will take less than 60 seconds to post it, post it right then before you forget. It can be so easy to get sidetracked. If it takes less than a minute, it's worth it to stop and take care of it when it first comes to mind.
Psst... this also goes for your reminders to post! Don't just look at the reminder and say, "I'll post it later." Post right when you get the reminder so you don't end up kicking yourself for missing a posting day!
