New TikTok Feature: TikTok Stories & How to Use Them
BREAKING NEWS: You can now post stories on TikTok.
Just like Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook before them, TikTok launched TikTok Stories — photos and videos attached to your account that disappear after 24 hours. And, similar to the feature that Instagram just rolled out, you can like and comment on users’ stories.
The cool part about this? You can edit TikTok Stories just as you would any regular TikTok. Text, filters, effects, stickers, and sounds are all on the table.
Want to get started with TikTok Stories? Here’s how to do it…
Open TikTok and click Post.
2. Select Photo or Video… whichever you’d like to post!
3. Edit how you’d like! Add sound, text, stickers, effects, filters, voice effects, captions, voice overs, or enhance your media.
4. Instead of clicking Next, click Post to Story.
5. Your story is LIVE! You should now have a blue halo around your profile photo. To view or delete your story, click your profile photo.
