COWGIRL 30 Under 30 2020 Sponsorship Campaign

COWGIRL 30 Under 30 started with the goal of honoring women who have shown a significant dedication to the western industry.

The program’s first awards went out in March 2020, with 30 western females under the age of 30 being honored. Recipients received a feature in the March/April issue of COWGIRL, goodies from the program’s sponsors, and an invite to COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Bubbles & Blue Jeans party at RFD-TV’s The American 2020, where recipients were honored onstage.

The digital roll out of COWGIRL 30 Under 30 was designed and executed by myself and the COWGIRL social team. Samantha scheduled and designed many of the social posts for the campaign.

What made this campaign different from others I’ve managed was the inclusion of five program sponsors. All social promotion needed to promote COWGIRL 30 Under 30 as well as its sponsors, Wrangler, Montana Silversmiths, Durango Boots, Charlie 1 Horse, and The Cowboy Channel.

All in all, the digital campaign included:

  • 8 native inclusion posts on cowgirlmagazine.com, including one post for each sponsor following RFD-TV’s The American

  • 29 Instagram feed posts highlighting the women of COWGIRL 30 Under 30

  • Social coverage and support of COWGIRL 30 Under 30 2020 recipients on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest

  • Live event coverage of the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Bubbles & Blue Jeans party at RFD-TV’s The American, as well as the onstage presentation

  • Individual reports for each sponsor at the close of the campaign
